My husband Craig and I live in amazingly beautiful Northern California with our three boys Henry, Ed, and Charlie and our dog Molly. Before February 2, 2010, this site was called Plain Jane Mom. Before May 2008 I gave my kids the pseudonyms “Mike” “Robbie” and “Chip” and Craig was “Mr. Plain.”

I currently use most of my blogging mojo writing about amazing handmade goodness at my site Try Handmade. It is such a labor of love, and I’d be really pleased if you checked it out.

In the early years of this blog I spent a lot of time writing about parenting after infertility. Here’s our story.
