The days at our house are all about building with Lincoln Logs, Magnatiles, and Wedgits.
Good times are had by all.
Except when the sharing becomes “sharing” and the brotherly love becomes, well, maiming. But you know, other than that.

Other than that…and these days I know all about that. How long before they’re back in school?
I’m not looking forward to this stage! Number Two is crawling now, so we’ve just begun. The next 15 years may seem very long in some ways!
Yea, the maiming part isn’t much fun, is it?
I have a 13-year old boy and a 5-year old boy and they STILL have sharing issues with the Lego’s. So long as there is no blood or broken bones, they are on their own. And it helps if I’m out of ear shot. Good luck!
Erika, I am in LOVE WITH YOU. Because your tagline is from It’s All Right (Baby’s Coming Back)! Chris and I FELL IN LOVE to the music of the Eurythmics!
Do you do tags? I’m not sure, but I’ve tagged you for a meme. :-)
Great shots and can totally relate on keeping the peace! I have a 3 year-old and 18-month old and most of the time we manage pretty well, but if anyone dares to tamper with one of my oldest daughter’s ‘creations’ (a millimeter difference will be noticed!) then damage limitation becomes an almighty task! All the best, Sarah
I love lincoln logs…I don’t share.
It is a daily blood bath around here.
