Can you smell my eyeballs burning from your house?

I’ve set this post to go up at my eyeball laser appointment time, so as you read this just imagine my right eyeball being bathed in lasery goodness.

But no matter how bizarre the experience turns out to be, I am just incredibly thankful that the procedure will not be done by this goober:

I’ll keep you posted. (I’m so punny!)

I had lasik surgery done on both eyes 11 years ago as part of a study because I was soooooo nearsighted (you’ll scream if I tell you how much money I paid). It was way before it became so routine. It was THE best thing I ever did in my life besides marrying my hubby and having my son.

Good luck!!!!!!!!

Kudos for having the courage to do that…the thought of anything to do with my eyeballs makes me all queezy!

So THAT is that weird burning smell

Take a cue from Homer Simpson, dont forget to use any eye drop they give you or you might end up half blind driving hoodlums around who are pretending to be your wife.. er.. husband

Can’t wait for the update!! Another year or so and I will be getting it done too. I don’t mind contacts, but they don’t jive well with swimming!

I thought I smelled something. I blamed it on my son’s newly developed boy odor. Now I feel bad. But I hope you feel good! And I hope everything went well.
