Hey, I just noticed that registration for BlogHer ’08 has been open since December. Like where was I? Anyway, I also saw that if you register by February 28th you get $100 off your registration fee. That’s not small potatoes, so I thought I’d mention it to you all.
Oh, and by the way…
BlogHer 2008: I’M GOING!
I’ll be checking in to the Westin on the 17th, and leaving on the 20th. You’ll find me here:

I hope to go this year. I almost went last year, but I had too many other big expenses (like buying a new computer) to swing it.

Oh, I so wish. Maybe in '09.
I should be there. I haven't registered yet because I can be quite the procrastinator. ;) But my parents live nearby so, you know, FREE LODGING!

I'm excited about going this year, but I'm wondering if it is worth is to get a hotel room in SF vs. navigating the Caltrain system at night. Do events go well into the night or will I be ready to midnight-train-it home?
And will I want to sit on a train for an hour with no wi-fi? Each way?
Abi's latest post: post-NOLA: chocolate lava cakes at home, townie stories. Hey, Google adsense girls, if you want an Econ PhD guy, I know plenty.
Oh – I would love to go…wonder if there is a Canadian counter-part? Maybe in TO???

Can anybody point me to a page that tells you what the fees are and what they cover? I navigated all over, and the only thing I could find was a range of $50-$350. I'd like to see what the deal is and maybe I can talk my sister into going too. :-)

Gah! I want to go so badly. I emailed them to see if they needed panelist or volunteers but I never heard back. We'll have to see if Bush gives us all the tax money he's promising. If he does, then I can go!
Or buy more stuff from my shop!

Good to know. I plan to go again. I hope I get to see more of you this year.

Bossy beats Mamaloves: she's leaving her daughter's 12th birthday to be there. Because she just has to room with Oh The Joys again — who is coincidentally poised right up there above Bossy's comment head.
