Another blogger soured on Blogger. I recommend Wordpress.com — it is free just like Blogger, but unlike Blogger it doesn’t suck.

I’ve been eyeing leaving blogger. Too many errors. I’m afraid of the work it will entail to switch over to WordPress. Far too lazy to deal. Was it hard?
Hey DS, I started blogging on self-hosted wordpress, but I’ve used the free wordpress.com enough to see that it is really great. And free.
If I were you, I’d google to see how others have handled a blogger to wordpress.com migration. Or post about it on your blog and solicit help. Or both.
Moving is a drag, but I know I’ll be happier the fewer times I have to go through blogger’s tedious commenting process! So anything I can do to help, just let me know.
Hey, blogger is not that bad. I’m not sure what’s up with that person, but I haven’t had any of those problems. I’ve had very few problems with the switch, and from what I can tell, the new blogger is great. And if your blog gets much search traffic there is one huge reason not to move, PAGE RANK. That is why I will probably not be moving. (I would laugh out loud if it wasn’t such an important reason, at least for a recipe blog.)
