I’ll be using the hard-boiled egg tip in about 40 minutes.

Nope, not too harsh re the air embolism comment. It is scary once you realize you agree with Geraldo, though.

Hey, thanks for the link to my post on how to make perfect hard-boiled eggs. Who knew it was such a hot topic? When I found out about this method, I was amazed what a difference it made.
