Health insurance companies can really screw you around.

Hey Neil, what a neat story!

Do any of you use Meebo for instant messaging? Anyone have one of their MeeboMe chat thingies on their website? It looks cool to me, but I want to know if you like it and how you use it.

I’ve used Meebo, but I prefer Trillian, which combines Yahoo, MSN, and AOL messaging all in one application. And it is free. The concept of having a chat gizmo on your blog seems cool at first, but think about it — do you really want to be on call all the time, like a customer service rep?

Neil, yeah I use Adium (OS X) which combines everything together as well. And I really wonder how I would manage to keep up with everything if I had comments in my sidebar.

I’d love to hear a success story if anyone has one, though!

Oh my gosh! You’re so cool! Thanks for listing my insurance gripes as something for people to read. Ha ha! It’s so boring, but important for middle class citizens to know. Thank you! I want to know how you put up that awesome “recent visitor” thing in your side bar! So cool! Thanks again!
