HOLY SHIT. Last night I got a call from the local Police Officer’s Association! I said “Is this about a police matter?” “Then please take us off your list and don’t call again.” Then I hung up.
I AM SO SCREWED! (And by the way, the ever gallant Mr. Plain could NOT stop laughing!)
Andria only got a speeding ticket — I am terrified about my fate!
And as an aside, I wonder what I will say when the Firefighters call? “Is this about a fire matter?” “Is this about a fire account I have with you, or is this about a fire-related service you want to sell me?” “Am I on fire?”

No way! Congrats on handling it so well. Drive the speed limit for the next few days.
They’ll get you….and your little dog too. Weaving in traffic…too slow, or too fast….tail light out….
