I gave myself a treat tonight. After slinging some dinner at the children, I went out for a manicure and pedicure (and refused to call it a MANIPEDI because that’s not a word). I haven’t done this in about 2 years.

You already have an entire blog as proof of how cheap I am… and I had a coupon that meant I spent less than getting a pedicure by itself! It was awesome.
(If you’re in or near Palo Alto, California, look in the Palo Alto Weekly Online for a coupon to Body Kneads and you can have the same $22 thrill I did. They even book appointments as late as 7pm. I love it.)
(If you’re not in or near Palo Alto, California, $22 is cheap for around here. Unless you like flesh-eating bacteria.)

Ooh, I love those sandals! Nice pedicure too.
Very nice!
Pretty!
Your feet look mahvelous darlink! Love the foor massage part the most myself.
Nice color! It compliments the Blog Whore sandals featured earlier this week too.
I have horribly dry feet, in spite of my best efforts to exfoliate, moisturize, etc.I have always been too embarrassed to have a professional pedi, but FSM knows I need one!
Hey! I was married in Palo Alto. I feel so close to you now…
ooooo pretty!!!
i can’t get a mani….too many potential bugs and harm i can pass on to my teeny, tiny patients but i do love a good pedi.
since moving to the central valley 4 years ago, i am still on a quest to find a decent pedi.
Ooooh! I love the toes AND the shoes! Mine never turn out that great. Love them!
Nice that you were able to do this for yourself. You know I’ve never had a manicure or a pedicure in my entire life.
Nothing makes me feel better than a good pedicure in the summer. I avoid the manicure as I always destroy them…
You are fan-cee! Those shoes are soooo cute!
Looks great! My feet would never look that great, even if they looked the same as yours, I’m sure of it.
I’m moving to Palo Alto and am happy to hear that the manicure/pedicure combo is $22. That’s super-cheap!
Man….I could SO go for a manicure/pedicure ( I usually call them manipedis…but just for you…;-) ) right now! Even just to get out of the house by myself for a while!
Looks great!
Dude, if I waited 2 years to get a pedicure my feet would make Fred Flinstone’s look purty.
