I try not to get caught up. I try not to think he’s going to be the one to solve many of our problems. I try to remember that he too is a politician, and what have they done for us lately.
But it’s really hard to keep it up. I do believe in him. I do think he’s going to solve problems and help people.
I do feel that “This is our moment. This is our time.”
So. OK, Obama. Show me you’re not like the others. Let’s see what you’ve got.

I feel the same way. I hope he doesn’t end up like the others and makes the changes he promised.
I am hoping you’re right. Because we really need him to be “all that” now.

I know he’s a politician, but I’m hoping that his background is stronger than the pressure to be a typical politician.
I think we’ve placed our hope in the right person. I just hope he can keep the other politicians at bay.
I’m cautiously optimistic, but it’s far, far too early to make any judgements right now.

I do believe he’s a better person to fix our problems than I’ve ever seen in my lifetime. I’m just afraid that the problems are so big, and the expectations so high, that even Obama won’t be able to achieve what we’re all hoping. But I hope I’m wrong! (-:
