magnetpuzzle.jpgJazwares Link-N-Lite™ Magnetic Light-Up Puzzles. The magnets can fall out and if a child swallows more than one of them, they can lock together and cause intestinal perforation or blockage, which can be fatal. Stop using the puzzles and Contact Jazwares for a replacement.

Hey, thanks for the heads up PJM! My youngest has the laugh and learn bunny that’s affected! I think this is officially the first time I’ve ever had anything recalled. :)

DD — thanks for the heads up on the PB. I blogged about it earlier today and now I’ll be on the alert for items from the FDA as well. Sheesh — peanut butter?

Diana — no way! I don’t think I’ve ever had a recalled toy either. But this isn’t the kind of lottery you really want to hit, is it?
