I'm OUT, Baby, and I'm LOVING EVERY MINUTE OF IT! Also known as: how can I miss you if I can't go away?

Last night Mr. Plain and I went on a date for the first time since my birthday in September. It was glorious! We went to one of our favorite local restaurants, and then off to a movie.

We saw “Factory Girl” which I loved. It was about Edie Sedgwick and the Andy Warhol crowd. My favorite scene was the one which had nothing to do with Dora, Diego, or the fucking Wonderpets.

But tell us how you really feel about the Wonderpets…

I wonder who will have the longer surviving cultural impact – Warhol or Dora?

Getting out of the house, wearing different clothes, spending time with hubby or BF even if you are talking about the weather… is vital and helps us feel like a part of the human race. We really do know more than Pampers.

Everyone clears the room when Wonderpets comes on now. At first I thought it was cute. Now, it’s like a dental drill.

So jealous. Haven’t been out with my husband for sooo dang long. The last thing I want to do with him is watch a movie, though. I want to corner him and bore him with more bitching about stay-at-home mom shit until he looks right through me, which is what usually happens. I go to movies alone and he goes to movies alone. Shoot, we should get together and go to movies. Is growing apart … going to movies seperately just part of having three kids? Anywhoo, I’m happy you had a chance to gallavant around town with your man.
