Sunday Morning just isn't the same

Tim Russert 1950 – 2008.

You know of my respect for Tim Russert, and this is a very sad day.

Such a loss to his family, his colleagues, the level of political discourse in our country.

I watched the Meet the Press tribute this morning. Very moving.

Kathy, I'm watching it now (I'm in Pacific time) and it is really wonderful.

I totally missed the tribute!

I cannot imagine these elections without him. It's just so sad.

I missed the tribute, and I’m missing Tim! My husband wasn’t as morose about it as I was… It seems like women really bonded to him, myself included. I’m so glad he was able to go to Italy with his family in his last days, I am sure they will have wonderful memories of those times with him. Too sad.

My parents and I were totally shocked by this sad news. He will be sorely missed by millions.

This was very sad when a dad passed away so close to the father day. Sometimes life throws a hard ball at you and you couldn’t dodge it.

Oh, I know. I was just amazed at all the love people have for one another. I'm sad we have to pass to see it shown.

Seriously… he was such a rare graceful voice in politics.
